General information
Chongqing Gearbox Co., Ltd. is a state-owned enterprise, the member of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation. It was set up in 1966 and put into production in 1972. The co***ny occupies a total land area of 530,000m2. The total number of staff and workers is 2000, among them 110 are university students, 331 college students and 480 professionals. 5 of Master degree, 2 of MBA, 5 researcher titled senior engineers, 55senior engineers,7senior economists, 2 chartered accountants, as well as eight enjoying state council allowance. It is one of 500-largest enterprise of national machinery industry and the first¨Cclass enterprise of metrological management. It is the one of the top 50 enterprises of industry in Chongqing city.
Total assets, fixed assets and credit rating
The co***ny possesses a total capital of RMB650 million, 350 million yuan are fixed assets and 400 million yuan are floating assets. The co***ny was classified as the A+class by Chongqing Financial Credit Rating Evaluation Commission in 1997,as A+-class by Chongqing Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in 2001 and 2002, and as AA- class in 2003.
In 1998 the co***ny was awarded with enterprise of ¡°keeping Contract and Reputation¡±.
The products of new and high technique
End seventies the co***ny has imported the design and manufacture technique for flexible damping coupling, flexible link coupling and damper from Geislinger co***ny/Austria, the design and manufacture technique for marine gearbox from Lohmann Stolterfoht/Germany. Integrated of imported technique with our own scientific research and computer-aided design development, we have formed our own unique design and manufacturing technique for the high-accuracy and case-hardened gears, which keeps the same pace with European and American technique and leading position in domestic market.
